Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak periods, slight delays may occur. You will be notified if needed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions.


Complimentary Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard U.S. shipping on all orders over $75 (after discounts, before taxes).

This benefit is automatically applied at checkout—no code required.

To better serve our clients:

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Hollow Vision is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. Our Client Care team is available if additional support is needed.


International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the client.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hollow.vision@mail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
