Hollow Vision — Returns & Refunds

At Hollow Vision, every piece is curated with intention and crafted to arrive in impeccable condition. To maintain this standard for all clients, we kindly ask that all returns meet the following guidelines.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

All items must be returned:

  • In BRAND NEW condition

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact

Garments may be tried on for fit; however, they must remain in pristine condition.

Wear Policy

Out of respect for all clients, items showing any signs of use beyond try-on will not be accepted. This includes:

  • Odors (fragrance, deodorant, smoke)

  • Stains, markings, or fabric stress

  • Any indication of extended wear

Returns that do not meet these standards will be declined and returned to sender.

Inspection Process

All returns are carefully reviewed. As part of our quality assurance, garments may be assessed using infrared light technology to detect signs of wear not visible to the eye. Items that do not meet our condition standards will not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or used items

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Altered or damaged garments

  • Final sale items

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges based on availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the client unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are unable to guarantee receipt of returned items.
